ChallengeBoth Reliant and Green Mountain Energy needed to lift early renewals by making term-selection effortless across every channel a customer might encounter it, push, email, and direct mail.

ApproachI wrote one consistent "lock in your rate, pick your term" message and adapted it per channel and brand: an urgent push notification, an email with tappable term-length buttons for Reliant, a clean-energy-angled version for Green Mountain Energy, and a direct mail letter for customers who hadn't responded digitally.
